Support & Feedback
Email mail@prince.sh or message our WhatsApp desk (+91 80056 34678) with the tool name, the values you entered, and the result you expected. Screenshots help us reproduce calculation issues quickly.
Because DoUrWork stores nothing server-side, we cannot look up your previous sessions — please include the inputs that produced the problem.
Bug Reports & Feature Requests
Technical issues and feature proposals can also be filed on our public GitHub repository. Pull requests for new calculators, tax-year updates, and documentation fixes are welcome.
Response Times
We aim to acknowledge support email within two business days. Statutory correction requests that affect tax calculations are prioritized ahead of cosmetic issues.
